Diane McLaran is a speaker and women’s leadership coach dedicated to helping women step into confident, effective leadership at work and in life. Through thoughtful guidance and practical wisdom, she empowers women to clarify their purpose, navigate transitions with courage, trust their strengths, and lead with authenticity and impact.

Throughout her career, Diane has served in prominent leadership roles across both professional and volunteer sectors. Her experience as CEO of a Chamber of Commerce and as Executive Director of multiple nonprofit organizations provides her with a deep, firsthand understanding of the opportunities and challenges women encounter in leadership.

Deeply committed to community service, Diane currently serves on the boards of the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce, the McLaran Leadership Foundation, and Salem Free Clinics, continuing her lifelong dedication to strengthening leaders and the communities they serve.

Chamber Business Women (CBW), a program of the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce, is dedicated to connecting, empowering, and inspiring professional women in our community. Through monthly luncheons and our annual Summer Social, CBW creates space for meaningful networking, professional growth, and shared learning. Each gathering features keynote speakers, community leaders, and opportunities to build lasting connections with other women in business.
